story creativity, specialized content, educational information,
and fun activities.
WinStar For Education's
solution for integrating internet technology into the current
core classroom curriculum. Clear outcomes are stated for students
and teacher. Use the ideas for your own class or join up with
another school
Houghton
Mifflin have made the Education
Place Site which is a jumping off point for resources for
different year levels and KLA areas including materials for
enrichment and support.
The
Learning Company. Has sample lesson plans which can be used
with their software products. The files are available as .pdf
files (you will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed
on your computer to read them), and other files that you can
read from your Internet browser.
KidPix
Lesson Plans In this activity, students observe, illustrate,
and report on the daily weather, turning their daily observations
into a SlideShow. At Level 3 (grades 1-3), students also graph
the temperature.

Project Primary
Project Primary is a collaboration of professors from the departments of Botany-Microbiology,
Chemistry, Education, Geology, Physics, and Zoology at Ohio Wesleyan University
and K-3 teachers from Ohio's Delaware, Marion, and Union Counties to produce
hands-on activities for the teaching of science. There are some excellent resources
here for P-3 students.

The heart of this site is a searchable database of over 100,000 education links
for teachers, parents, and students. A good place to find lesson plans, this
site also includes education news, an educators forum, and more.
The
Center for Critical Thinking has created a wealth of information
including instructional
guides and lesson plans to help educators implement Critical
Thinking in every aspect of their teaching.

- A lifetime of Color This site lists products and resources
for creative individuals from beginners to advanced. Links take
you to where you can create, study, play art games and teach
art. The site includes lesson plans and online activities.
